Hotels confirmations and vouchers will be sent directly to each participant.
The bill should be settled upon departure and processed through T&E, please use the option “Internal Convention – Cannes”
Hotel Payment Information
Please note that all hotel charges must be settled individually by each guest upon departure. Reimbursement can then be processed through the company’s standard Travel & Expenses (T&E) procedure.
