    To respond to information requests, inquiries, or incidents related to the event or services offered via this website.

The personal data provided will be retained only for the time necessary to manage your accreditation and, where applicable, the associated transport service, and to ensure the proper organization of the event.

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent you give by completing the relevant form and ticking the box accepting this policy at the time you provide your data.

By completing the forms, ticking the “I accept the Privacy Policy” box, and clicking submit, or by sending emails to the Company via the designated addresses, the user confirms they have read and expressly accept this privacy policy and give their unequivocal and explicit consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes outlined.

  • Service providers necessary for the organization of the event, such as transport companies, if the user has expressly requested such service. In these cases, only the data strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service will be shared.
